The Good, The Bad and The Ugly eBay users

I like to share with you, my experience on eBay, and maybe help you, and help me to avoid loosing money in the future on bad eBay uses. So lets start right way.

Case 1 - Check that the photos are original and not duplicate / copies.!

I bid on an x41 table computer.

The seller says that is in mint condition never used (yea right).

My error is this:
This photo on this auction is not from the seller but from other images around the Internet.

This means this is not the computer I see, and when I get it the computer was totally misrepresented.

From other products from the same sellect the original photos have a sign !
Big mistake of me that I did not notice it !

Here is what I get !

I know that is hard to describe it and it’s hard to say what exactly this computer was,

I say that only, full of dust, password locked, the color of computer was fade out in many points.

Also was not the model that I read on auction, but an older one.

Case 2 - Ask for more photos !

I bid for an Olympus Bag that I believe that was OK, from a popular seller (The Bad one)

Look what I hit one, and what I get.
Also here seller avoid to tell me that there is not compartments inside (!), and I ask for it – avoid to replay and I didn’t think it right way that something going wrong *!

Seller refuse to pay me back and say that some one on custom made it.

Here is what I get !

When a person is a liar, all the actions are lies and fault.
I get my first negative from that person because I dare to write negative critic about this bag you see in this photos, and in fact is blackmail me all the time to not place negative feedback – this have a lot positive votes and do not afraid as me for one or 10 negatives.

Still is in 99%, but let me tell you something. This people with a lot of good critics always find some victims to sell them what they have to throw.

See when is place his critic about me, and then see the paypal status to see that I have get nothing as refund, and never replay me, never won to give me my money back.

So say lies about refund, and here is the prove, how can you trust a person that always say lies ?

In the photos you even see that I have send it with DHL !, and see that still waiting for seller response ! What this means, that I have get nothing. Still the "cancel claim" is open that show that no refund get yet. And check the dates ! Transaction Date 18-Feb, and left the negative on 18-Apr, if I have get money back, where is the last transaction date ? here is only the first one - one more prove that I have get nothing back.

And one last think, why am I going to left negative if I have get my money back ?
to get one negative from this blackmailer ? I do not think so.

Buyers be ware from sellers like this one, ask for more photos !
